Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms govern your use of CoComms, the football commentary prep and live match desk, and CoComms Packs, the match commentary research packs, at cocomms.online (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ronnie Dog Media, Lokeren, Belgium ("CoComms", "we", "us"). Contact: help@cocomms.online. By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. An account is for one person, unless your plan includes seats for a team.

2. Payments and our merchant of record

All paid plans and Packs are sold through Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax and issues your receipt, and Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any tax Polar must charge, unless shown otherwise at checkout.

3. Plans, trials and cancellation

4. CoComms Packs

5. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law or infringe anyone's rights; share your account outside your plan; scrape, resell or bulk-download the Service or its data; interfere with its security or performance; use it to harass, defame or abuse anyone; or upload malware. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

6. Your content and our content

You own the notes, scripts and other content you add. You give us the limited rights we need to host and process it to provide the Service. We, our licensors and our data providers own the Service, its software, design and data. Match data comes from third-party providers. It can be delayed or contain errors, so check anything important before you broadcast it. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong. You are responsible for what you say on air.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, especially on match days, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for losses caused by third-party data or services. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £50 if that is higher. If you are a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can also bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first at help@cocomms.online. We will try to resolve any problem quickly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We will give you notice of significant changes before they apply to you.
